**Job Vacancy: Medical Receptionist at 19th Avenue Family Practice**

**Location**: 155 Nineteenth Avenue, Elanora QLD 4221

Located within the 19th Avenue Shopping Centre in Elanora, we are committed to delivering comprehensive medical services to our community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage electronic filing systems.
- Process billing and handle financial transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with medical and administrative staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

**Essential Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a medical reception or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Best Practice preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A compassionate and patient-centric approach to healthcare.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (variable)
- Casual position, exact hours to be determined and flexible
