**The Opporutnity**
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful government team in Brisbane. This is a permanent role, which will see you working in a fast-paced environment sourcing and filling multiple roles, inheriting an existing client base setting you up for high performance from day one.
This integral and challenging role will encompass duties such as:
- Growing market share and knowledge across the public sector.
- Building and developing client relationships through business development and key account management.
- Create business relationships with Government clients to understand hiring requirements
- Writing advertisements and posting them via the job portal
- Completing reference checks and compliance related tasks
- Calling clients and managing a portfolio of new and existing clients
- Interpreting HR policies and providing HR advice to clients
- Managing submissions for clients within agreed timeframes (speed to market);
- Identification of new roles;
- Meeting service delivery and sales targets.
