We have an exciting opportunity available for a
**hands-on** Shopping Centre Manager who is driven, focused and has the ability to lead a small team across a small portfolio of high quality shopping centres.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the shopping centres, this includes tenant inquires; rent reviews; weekly and monthly reporting; budgets and forecasts; team management; manage the policies and procedures and work with the leasing team on tenant retention and strategies for new leases.

You will have direct experience working as a centre manager in the shopping centre industry, either in a single centre or across a portfolio. Other skills required to be successful include:

- Strong financial and business acumen
- Bubbly personality that is happy to speak to tenants and senior management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to manage all stakeholders’ expectations, both internal and external
