Brooki Bakehouse is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated **Casual or Part-Time Sales Assistants** to join our growing team

We're a popular local bakehouse known for our delicious treats and warm, welcoming atmosphere. If you're a customer service superstar with an eye for detail and a love for all things sweet, we want to hear from you

What You'll Be Doing:

- **Delivering Exceptional Customer Service**: You'll be the friendly face of Brooki Bakehouse, greeting customers with a smile, answering their questions, and helping them choose their perfect treat.
- **Sales and Transactions**: Accurately processing sales using our POS system, handling card payments, and ensuring all transactions are smooth and efficient.
- **Maintaining a Sparkling Clean Workspace**: Keeping our front-of-house area, display cases, and customer seating spotless and inviting. This includes regular cleaning, tidying, and ensuring a hygienic environment.
- **Restocking and Merchandising**: Ensuring our shelves and display cases are always full of delicious goodies, neatly arranged, and visually appealing. You'll help with receiving and organising deliveries as needed.
- **Product Knowledge**: Learning about our range of baked goods, including ingredients and potential allergens, to confidently answer customer queries.
- **Team Collaboration**: Working effectively with your colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

What We're Looking For:

- **Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus**, but not essential - we're happy to train the right person
- **A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service** and creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.** You're friendly, approachable, and enjoy interacting with people.
- **Reliable and punctual** with a strong work ethic.
- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment** and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Attention to detail** when handling cash, cleaning, and merchandising.
- **Flexibility to work various shifts**, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- **A positive attitude** and a willingness to learn and contribute to our team.
