Provide exceptional nurture and care for school aged children within our OSHC Services. Working with the Educational Leader you will ensure the delivery of the educational programming as well as day-to-day care. With no qualifications required, your role is to accommodate and develop the children’s social, emotional, physical, and educational needs. You are the smile that makes their day when they first walk through the door.

As a casual Educator in an Outside School Hous Care setting, you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you wish. This is the perfect arrangement for those with family commitments or studying.

You will engage and inspire the children every day, ensuring they are safe, supported and forever exploring to learn new things. You drive the children’s learning and development through the principles, practices, and outcomes of the My Time, Our Place Framework. You are responsible for maintaining vigilant supervision and ensuring safe and inclusive learning environments for all children. You will need to have a sound working knowledge of our Service Philosophy, Policies and Procedures as you conduct your daily work practices. You will develop positive and trusting relationships with the children and their families. Assisting children with learning, extending on their interests, homework, sports and arts, as well as a nurturing and welcoming environment.
