We’re seeking a passionate **Lifestyle Assistant** for a part-time role at Northridge Aged Care in Toowoomba. Make a meaningful impact by bringing joy, dignity, and companionship to our aged care residents

As a **Lifestyle Assistant**, you’ll bring creativity and compassion to enrich the lives of our residents, making each day more meaningful. You will design and coordinate engaging, person-centered programs that promote wellbeing, social connection, and joy.

You will:

- **Personalized Engagement** - Get to know each resident’s interests, history, and preferences to create meaningful activities.
- **Program Development** - Plan and deliver individual and group activities that foster social connection and vitality.
- **Community Involvement** - Identify opportunities for residents to engage with the wider community.
- **Collaboration** - Work closely with families and team members to ensure activities align with residents’ needs.
