**Position**:
Mancala is currently on the lookout for an experienced and organised Data Entry/Admin person to join the team at our Bendigo Workshop.

**Your duties will include but not limited to**:

- Inventory Report
- Purchase Orders
- Ordering PPE
- Loading Maintenance shift Reports
- Project cost codes, (Equipment allocation)
- End of month Reporting
- Entering Prestarts (Creating work orders for repairs)
- Accounts Receivable
- Other Administrative duties as required

**Requirements and Experience**:

- 3 years in a similar role
- Intermediate computer skills
- Experience in using the Pronto system (advantageous but not essential)
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Australian Working Rights - Visa/ Residency etc.
- Ability to pass Pre-employment Medical and National Police Clearance
- Team orientated and reliable
