Grounds Staff for Tree Company

**Bardon Trees is growing and we’re looking for some awesome crew to join our team. (Casual, full-time or part-time positions available - we’re flexible.)**

We believe we have the best tree crew in Brisbane. We do great work, have fun along the way and take pride in our work. We have passion for trees and have created a great work environment where we look out for each other, we keep learning and growing, we bring a positive energy to work each day. We often have a 50/50 mix female/male crew in our small but busy team.

**About you**:

- **You need to be the type of person who takes pride in their work, navigates problems proactively and is honest, reliable, and committed.**:

- **You work well in a team and look out for your crew mate. Safety and being aware of your surrounds is super important in this role.**:

- **We are looking for a good, fun person, who works hard and gets things done while being a nice person.**:

- **You have had some experience of working outdoors in nature - we are open to different backgrounds and experiences.**

Some of the Preferred Skills you may have or be willing to learn:

- Physically able to lift heavy weights (dragging branches and lifting logs).
- Horticulture, landscape or gardening experience.
- Good communicator and someone who understands providing a great customer experience.
- Manual drivers’ licence (unrestricted and valid).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 21-40 per week

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paddington, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
