**About the Role**:
In this role you will lead and support the Humanities teaching team to ensure, curriculum alignment with the implementation of the Australian Curriculum Version 9.0 and the Queensland Senior Curriculum, embed the culture of reflection by ensuring fidelity and high engagement with the Mount Gravatt High approach to pedagogy, and alignment and precision to achieve equity and excellence.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
- Form partnerships with students, parents, other government agencies, and community groups.
- Be futures oriented and strategic.
- Understand the legislation and policies that impact on schooling especially in relation to students and staff within the school department.
