Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Demand & Supply Planner to join our collaborative and dynamic team based at our Kilsyth site in the Eastern suburbs.
**The role**:
Reporting to the Demand and Supply Planning Manager - the Demand and Supply Planner role is responsible to support the forecasting process and creation of a build plan for ARB’s Canopies that are manufactured in Multiple sites throughout Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and Europe. Using this plan this role is to then confirm the component material requirements for each Canopy Build location and set an overall Component purchase plan. Also, to provide strong analytical support of the key elements of the Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) process for the Canopy product and cover items such as Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Targets, Order replenishment and Data integrity issues.
Working closely with the Canopy Product Manager and the Planning team, support the preparation of a 12-month global demand forecast for finished Canopies and extrapolate this to create a Production Build plan that then explodes out to purchased component material requirements by per Canopy Build site.
**About you**:
- A minimum of 3 years of planning experience.
- Experience using specialised Demand planning systems i.e. Oracle demand cloud, ICS, Anaplan etc.
- Experience and knowledge of MRP and its use in Factory and Purchase planning.
- Ability to recognize patterns and trends in large or complex data sets and use numerical information to analyse and report findings and outcomes.
- A strong track record of process re-engineering and improvement of Supply Chain systems.
- Proficient in the use of ERP systems (JDE/OBIEE) highly desirable and advanced user of MS Excel essential.
- Degree qualified or APICS certification advantageous.
