**Your new company**
Hays have partnered with a full-service digital agency that offers marketing, brand development, sales strategy, web development, graphic design, social media strategy, SEO and more. They offer their services to a range of businesses from start-up’s to established companies across Australia & USA, and they have a newly created role for a Web Design & Marketing Manager.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Director, as the Web Design & Marketing Manager, you will be part of the senior team in a hands-on role leading the web design and marketing strategy for their clients, along with the responsibility of leading and supporting the team.

With a varied background in website design and digital marketing, you will be required to possess the knowledge and skills capacity to be on the tools and help deliver projects end-to-end.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead client meetings to develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve goals and create online growth outcomes
- Oversee and manage project deliverables, goals and outcomes.
- Provide status reports on project milestones
- Following on from client meetings, create design briefs for the design team
- Hands-on implementation of website conversion strategy, design and development (front-end)
- Hands-on design work in Adode Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva
- Ensuring project quality control, reviewing, editing and proofing project work produced by other team members.
- Generate and analyse digital marketing reports and manage a digital schedule

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed as the Web Design & Marketing Manager, you will have the following skill set:

- 4+ Years previous experience at an agency or marketing consultancy
- Strong background in website design, graphic design & digital brand strategy
- Client account and project management
- Deliver projects within a timeframe and budget
