As an Assistant Store Leader at Lorna Jane, you will be the face of our brand This role will see you collaborating with the Store Leader by contributing to the overall success of the store by driving sales, developing your team, and supporting in the day-to-day operations. - Ensuring every Lorna Jane customer receives a phenomenal in-store experience

- Maintaining exceptional store presentation through effective merchandising
- Managing inventory in line with company processes and standards
- Coaching and mentoring your team to drive high-performance and internal progression

- Influencing your local active community through events, campaigns and collaborating with like-minded businesses
