As we continue expanding across Australia, we now have exciting opportunities as Centre Manager to join our team at the Liverpool Campus, oversee centre operations, work with students and parents and manage a team of tutors.

**Responsibilities**
- Day-to-day operations and manage all aspects of the centre
- Screen, hire, train, motivate and develop tutors for maximum student engagement and efficiency
- Manage a team of tutors to deliver instruction that aligns with Success Tutoring Curriculum
- Successfully sell the Success Tutoring program, build relationships with parents, and achieve optimal customer satisfaction
- Administer Success Tutoring curriculum through the student assessment and diagnosis, development of learning plans and documentation of progress

**Requirements**:

- Strong English and Math skills through primary and secondary levels
- Strong sales and marketing experience
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and interacting with students and parents
- Teaching or tutoring experience is desirable
