This is a purpose filled role where you will be helping older Australians gain access to services that enable them to live their best lives in their own homes for as long as possible.
You will be responsible for assisting clients and families to navigate the Aged Care system, promoting the wide range of services we offer, nurturing the leads/opportunities and onboarding new clients over the phone. This is a dynamic, fast paced role and does require the ability to talk with clients over the phone and enter data simultaneously. Extensive onboarding and full training will be provided
**Day to day this role looks like**:

- Contacting clients from Incoming referrals in line with priorities and targets for regions.
- Managing leads referred to you via our CRM, from incoming calls and web enquiries
- Accurately documenting the outcome for all leads and referrals
- Maintaining the data integrity in the MAC database by keeping the status information up to date.
- Ensuring MAC portal incoming referrals are updated and actioned in line with CHL business rules and My Aged Care requirements.
- Supporting Referrers seeking Commonwealth Home Support Services (CHSP) for clients/patients, including emergency CHSP services for clients needing to discharge from hospital.
- Correctly preparing Home Support Agreements for each onboarded client and uploading documentation
- Setting up new clients in our Alayacare scheduling system and liaising with Clients and Rostering teams to facilitate the start of services.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Experience in sales/influencing decision making
- Experience in a results/outcome driven role working towards KPI’s
- Excellent computer skills
- Patience, empathy and a caring approach
- Ability to enter data while engaging with a client over the phone
- A strong client focus and a passion for quality customer service
- High level of attention to detail and ability to think on your feet
