The opportunity with us
We are looking for an experienced Boilermaker to join our established Maintenance team at Cecil Park NSW. Reporting into the Maintenance Manager, you will support with the implementation of preventative maintenance activities on kiln cars and operational equipment to maintain efficient operations.

**Work hours**:

- 5 days per week, Mon-Fri
- 6am - 2pm + regular overtime
- Opportunity to work double time on regular Sunday shifts

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Promote a Zero Harm safety culture and comply with Company Policies
- Consult and Work with others across the site to achieve results
- Proactively identify, diagnose and repair breakdowns
- Actively participate and assist in equipment upgrades and installations
- Participate in Toolbox Talks, actively taking part to resolve operational and WHSE issues
- Identify and maintain the maintenance spare parts and consumables inventory.
- Assisting in ensuring regular maintenance programs are carried out in accordance with the maintenance plans
- Fault finding and troubleshooting to limit downtime and improve the operational effectiveness of the factory

**About you**:

- Trade qualified Boilermaker Certificate III or similar
- Experience with Tig, Mig & Stick welding
- Demonstrated safety knowledge and compliance in a manufacturing environment e.g. Performing Take 2's, writing Job Safety Environmental Analysis / Safe Work Method Statements / Work instructions, Issuing permits.
- Ability to follow plans and schedules
- A proactive and flexible approach - nothing is a hassle for you
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Current licenses / tickets including working at heights, confined space, EWP and dogging / rigging certification will be highly regarded.
