**About the role**:
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and hands-on Operations Manager to join our Ancillary Products team. Ancillary Products portfolio includes consumer finance, extended warranty, insurance and other products customers purchase along with their car. This role provides the opportunity have a significant impact on Cars24’s offerings through the launch and management of new products.
**Your responsibilities include**:
- Identifying the right business model and creating strategic vision for new product launches
- Designing delightful customer experiences to enable product purchases both on Cars24 website as well as in-store
- Managing internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely to ensure the smooth launch and operation of new products
- Tracking and analysing key performance indicators to monitor the success of products and make improvements as necessary
- Gathering feedback from customers and make improvements to ensure products meet customer needs and drive business grown
**What you should have**:
- 2+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting firms
- Owner mindset and ability to lead assignments with no playbook
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to work with new and changing technology platforms
