HomeCaring are seeking multiple Support Worker's to join our awesome company to assist a female Participant's who we support on a24/7 0n a 2:1 basis. Experience in mental health and intellectual disability support & are highly desired. **OUR PARTICIPANTS WILL NEED SUPPORT WITH**: - Activities of daily living. - Community & social engagement. - All aspects of support physically & emotionally and on an individual needs basis. **HOMECARING REQUIRE OUR SUPPORT WORKERS TO HAVE**: - A genuine passion for working alongside individuals and their families to foster a positive & long-lasting relationship - Conversational communication skills & flexibility to support clients needs based on individual circumstances - A positive attitude strongly based in compassion & resilience, a sense of humour, and ongoing accountability - Excellent documentation skills - A Qualification in Disability support or related field **ABOUT US**: HomeCaring are a rapidly growing organisation dedicated to providing high quality, compassionate & trustworthy care & support to all our Participant's.
