Future Wellbeing located in Sydney, is a registered NDIS provider. We are seeking energetic, fun and dedicated support workers to join our team. We are seeking people who love to help others, who are great communicators and truly want to see others achieve their goals, by way of mentoring and leading by example.

Our clients are seeking dedicated and long term staff to support them throughout the Bowral & Mittagong regions.

We have positions available for both males & females. This is not your standard 9-5 role, with work being after hours & on weekends, attracting penalty rates.

You might be a university student looking for some relevant work experience in your field, returning to work or just looking for rewarding part time role. You may not have direct experience but lived experience is also highly desirable. We have positions available to support participants with mental health, therefore positive behaviour support experience and medication training would be desirable.

If you are reliable, compassionate, energetic, can think outside the box and are flexible in your approach to work we would love to hear from you.

We offer paid induction program, ongoing 1:1 support & supervision to all staff.

Essential Criteria;
- Drivers licence, own vehicle & comprehensive car insurance
- National Police Check (less than 12 months old)
- Working With Childrens Check (paid work)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check

Desirable:

- Experience and or qualifications in Disability Support Work

**Responsibilities**:

- Accessing the community with clients
- Goal & capacity building
- Assistance with domestic tasks
- Person centred approach

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $28.95 - $52.11 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

PPE provided were required for all staff. Social distancing procedures in place to support staff.

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)

- Comprehensive Car Insurance (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
