The Role
We’re seeking a Gaming Manager to join the leadership team at Station House Hotel, one of Iris Capital’s top-performing venues. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a venue known for its strong reputation, fast-paced environment, and high standards in service and compliance.
Reporting directly to the Licensee, you’ll play a key role in overseeing gaming operations, leading the team during busy trade, and ensuring a smooth and consistent customer experience across hotel services. You’ll bring operational excellence, a strong work ethic, and a passion for performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a hospitality management role
- Strong knowledge of gaming operations
- Current RSA, RCG & ARCG certifications (mandatory)
- Hands-on leadership approach with a high level of accountability
- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a high-volume environment
- Driven, self-motivated, and focused on results
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills

Schedule:
- Rotating roster including mornings, days, and evenings
Work Authorisation:
- Must have the right to work in Australia

Pay: From $73,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Campsie NSW 2194: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- ARCG (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
