**The role**

We’re looking for a strategic and people focused leader to take charge of our Concrete Products operations across the region. This newly created role offers the chance to make a real impact leading a diverse team, driving commercial outcomes, and fostering a culture of safety, service, and continuous improvement.

This role is in Stapylton, Qld and you will be required to travel across the Northern region.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead sales, operations, service, and logistics teams with clear strategic direction
- Deliver on growth and profitability targets while managing costs and resources
- Champion safety and build a strong, inclusive team culture
- Strengthen relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
- Drive innovation and operational excellence across the region
