**The Role**
Reporting to the Director, your role will encompass taking ownership for managing single and multi-country research studies, collaborating with the operations teams and clients to deliver and present actionable insights that will drive innovation and customer engagement for leading consumer brands.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage both standardised and ad hoc studies (multi-country research a plus), collaborating effectively with clients and operation teams, adhering to deadlines, updating changes and proactively being one step ahead of what needs to get done.
- Independently support and manage benchmarking exercises within the region.
- Support and manage more complex studies in collaboration with the Senior Research Manager as required.
- Write and adapt questionnaires to ensure project objectives are met.
- Provide the Operations team with clear instructions and project plans and review work prior to ensure surveys are successfully deployed and monitor data throughout the project.
- Develop analysis plans and best practice survey reports that are succinct and data driven.
- Continuously learn more complex research methodologies to be able to take on more complex projects and accounts.
**Key Skills & Requirements**
- A Bachelor and/or Master degree in Marketing, Quantitative Analysis or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a full service marketing research agency with focus on quantitative methodologies
- You have a proven independent A-Z research skills - from designing questionnaires to presenting to the client and delivering actionable insights
- Strong ability to leverage tools including Excel, Word, SPSS and PowerPoint to quickly interpret and present large datasets in an meaningful way
- Expert project management skills - you are able to work with clients and stakeholders to drive project set up, implement ideas, meet deadlines and track results.
- Prior research experience with testing creative (advertisements and packaging), innovation and brand engagement preferred
- You enjoy thinking creatively to answer research questions and work proactively to provide clients with the best possible experience
