E-commerce/online Fashion Allrounder

**T I R E L L I** is looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to fill the role of an e-commerce & online fashion allrounder, working 3-4 days a week in our Fairfield head office. You will contribute to the online growth of a flourishing Melbourne fashion label. Reporting to the E-Commerce/Marketing Manager, you will provide online and customer support across our digital platforms.
**Customer Service**
- Being the first point of call for all customer enquires.
- Answer incoming phone calls, acting as primary contact for product information.
- Providing after sales support, resolving any customer queries or delivery issues.

**Ecommerce**
- Responsible for all online orders including printing, collating and packing orders with care and pride. Ensuring they are shipped correctly and on time.
- Processing customer refunds/exchanges. Managing returns including steaming, organising and putting back into stock.
- Uploading/updating products to the online store through shopify, including selecting and re-sizing/editing product imagery.
- Content writing for online descriptions
- Check website to ensure product descriptions and imagery is accurate and in line with expectations
- Sort products into collections
- Continually merchandising the website across all product collections
- Coordinating website markdowns, promotions and discounts

**Graphic Design**
- Edit photography in Adobe photoshop including colour correction and retouching
- Assist the marketing manager with look book creation and adjustments

**Social Media**
- Assist the marketing manager with content creation
- Photographing product for social media posts
- Bringing new ideas for social media posts to the marketing manager and helping execute them
- Capture content for social media on photoshoots.

**Other**
- Assist in other areas of the business when required, including checking stock during large shipments or counting samples.

**Skills and Experience**
- A willingness to go the extra mile for customers and assist with all their questions regarding orders, returns and products
- Highly motivated with a can-do attitude
- Solid foundation of Adobe Photoshop and Indesign
- Previous experience using Shopify highly desirable
- Attention to detail
- Takes pride in their work
- Practical with a side of creativity
- You have a keen interest in fashion

This job cannot be completed remotely, you will be based in our quiet, Fairfield office.
