**The opportunity**

This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and highly motivated ICT Manager, with exceptional interpersonal skills and professional integrity.

This is a pivotal role for our organisation, having the opportunity to deliver the organisations Digital Strategy and Roadmap, ensuring system security and efficiency to deliver reliable and innovative technology solutions.
- This is a permanent opportunity - working full-time 35 hours / week + access to a flexible working arrangement such as flexi-time
- **Base Salary Range**:$123,489 to $145,281 pa based on 35 hours / week + 11.5% superannuation + $18,619.19 motor vehicle allowance + $2,312 retention allowance
- **You will be working from** PSC Administration Building, Raymond Terrace

As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will provide strategic advice, support, and implementation initiatives that are paramount to the overall success of PSC as an organisation in an ever-developing environment.

As ICT Manager, you will provide leadership to 4 Team Leaders across the following areas; Corporate Applications, Spatial Services, ICT Infrastructure & Cyber Security, and ICT Support.

- Significant leadership experience in building capacity, engagement and accountability whilst promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- An ability to demonstrate business acumen and a strategic business mindset that inspires those around you.
- A degree qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with significant experience in a relevant leadership position
- In-depth knowledge of ICT infrastructure, systems and security, and systems architecture components of the enterprise architecture
- Demonstrable experience with budgeting, vendor management and strategic planning, and
- Proven experience in an ICT management role, demonstrating success in project management and interpersonal skillsets
