Mechanical Supervisor

**The Role**
- tier head contractor in Australia.

**Duties/Requirements**
- Manage the scope of work and performance for teams and subcontractors.
- Establish and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships by communicating and keeping key personnel informed at stages of the project cycle.
- Ensuring time sheets are submitted accurately
- Managing site deliveries and storage
- Driving operations whilst ensuring all work is performed within WHS standards.
- Assisting in generating short term programs and daily/weekly production work schedules.
- Ensure that hazards are identified, risks assessed, and control measures planned and implemented, in consultation with relevant employees.
- Report submissions for progress monitoring and performance
- Demonstrate an on hands approach to training foreman, leading hands and other junior staff.

**About You**
- Previous water industry experience is preferred
- Understand the integration of civil, mechanical and electrical control systems
- 8-10 years + Supervisory experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Confident with basic computer software packages
- Tertiary Qualifications or Trade Qualifications within the industry
- Be able to work to deadlines.
- Previous demonstrated ability to run direct and sub-contract labor teams safely and efficiently
