**ABOUT THE ROLE.**

**DUTIES.**
- General administrative and clerical support
- Accounts payable & receivables
- General accounts management
- Managing inbound calls
- Maintaining inbox
- Liaising with subcontractors

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Previous experience as an office manager, having a construction background is highly advantageous but not essential
- Accounts Payable & Receivable experience
- High attention to detail is a must
- Hands-on, can-do, and motivated attitude
- Proficient computer skills
- Resourceful and solutions-focused
