**About the role**:
As the welcoming face and first point of contact for visitors to Warrigal Shell Cove, you will provide professional assistance and services to all customers and the wider community.

You will also have the ability to support our laundry services team. Within this role, you will be responsible for laundry and personal clothing services our customers in a manner that supports customer choice.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a customer facing role
- Sound Computer literacy skills for accurate and efficient documentation
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience delivering exceptional customer centred service outcomes
- Experience consistently developing and maintaining inspiring customer relationships
- Demonstrated strengths in the areas of planning, time management, flexibility and technology use
- An understanding of the needs of older people
