**Who are we?**

Automulch is a mulch blowing company, we spread mulch and soil via a hose. We are a fairly new business that is rapidly growing. We need the right applicant to grow with our fast paced business. We pride ourselves on completing high quality work to our commercial and residential customers. A small tight nit crew, you will be closely working with the owners of the business.

**What are we after?**

We are looking for a young hardworking individual to join the crew at Automulch. We have an exciting full time casual labouring job currently available for an immediate start. We need a highly motivated, hardworking young individual that shows initiative. We need someone who enjoys working outdoors, we work at some incredible properties so if you enjoy the outdoors and being active. This is the job for you. For the right applicant we would like this individual to grow with our company. Permanent full time would be offered to the right applicant.

**What does the job involve?**

The job is mainly feeding the blower machine with materials. We either feed the machine via shovel/fork or a mini articulated loader depending on the job. We need someone to jump on the shovel with us, help clean up, maintain and clean the equipment. A normal day for Automulch would be meet at the headquarters, drive to yard or supplier to collect mulch, onto the job site, set up machine and hoses, shovel into machine for about an hour or 2, drive to supplier to collect more mulch and repeat until job completed. Generally about 3-4 hours of hard work and rest for the remaining time. Other days can be monitoring the loads dropped into the machine and keeping the level correct.

The job requirements are but not limited to:

- Shovelling mulch and soil into the machine
- Operating the hose
- Driving to and from the job site
- Maintaining level of mulch/soil in machine during use
- Cleaning up job site (Very easy with use of leaf blowers)
- Repairs and maintenance on equipment

**What we need from you?**

We really need someone who isn't afraid of hard work and can take instructions. We would prefer someone with a bit of experience but not compulsory.

A valid Manual drivers licence is required. A MR or HR licence is desired but not essential.

A strong attention to detail, reliable, punctual, ability to follow instructions and follow safety procedures is needed.
