We are looking a Studio Manager to join our ballet school in Sydney.

This is an amazing opportunity to lead and coordinate the smooth daily running of the studio interacting with our beautiful families and creative teachers.

The role includes:

- Overseeing daily operations of our studio
- Proactive engagement with our families
- Drive sales of new students, converting enquiries into trials then enrolments
- Managing Studio Database
- Managing & invoicing studio hires
- Supporting marketing campaigns
- Supporting internal comms with teachers and external comms with families & prospective students
- Tidying and maintaining studios so they are sparkling for classes

We're looking for someone who is friendly, direct and has a positive outlook on life You need to be able to work independently and as part of our team.

The studio runs during NSW school term times (approx. 40 weeks per year) and you will need to be available for the following times:
Monday 2pm - 6pm

Tuesday 3pm - 7.30pm

Wednesday 3pm - 7.30pm

Thursday 3pm - 7pm

Saturday 8.30am - 1.30pm

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 per week
