Precast Concrete Solutions Pty Ltd has been producing a large range of Precast Concrete Products for the Civil Construction Industry and the Building Industry for over 40 years, servicing all parts of NSW with specific focus on Sydney, Canberra and surrounding areas. Our company is based in Queanbeyan and has major contracts in the Civil, Building and Structural Areas in NSW.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate, construct and finish to a high standard Steel Mould.
- Be able to work with a range of welding equipment and machines.
- Read and interpret the shop drawings to plan the moulds to be constructed.
- Measuring and marking pieces of metal according to plan.
- Cut, bend and shape steel components to match design instruction.
- Welding, soldering and bolting metal parts together to create a finished mould.
- Filing, sanding and polishing mould surface for better finish.
- Modifying existing moulds as per the plan when required.
- Perform accuracy check using callipers (at range of micrometre).
- Perform routine maintenance of steel moulds and replace any defective parts.
- Inspect manufactured product out from the moulds to verify the accuracy of the mould.
- Work in a Team environment.

**Qualifications / Experience**
- 2 years' experience in Steel Mould Fabrication would be preferable.
- Must have experience in all forms of Boilermaker/welding machines MIG, TIG, oxy acetylene welding cutting for structural steel.
- Must have operation skill of CMC stainless steel pipe bending machine.
- Welding certificates and license (highly regarded but not required).
- Drivers License.
