Following the decision by the Australian Government to acquire UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters from the US Government, Lockheed Martin Australia has established a core team of experienced military Rotary Wing professionals to support the initial procurement and ongoing sustainment activities. **Your responsibilities will include**:

- As Associate Manager you will deliver daily coordination of the flying program at SAA. The role is embedded into SAA Operations and answers directly to the SAA Operations Officer.

Responsibilities include the following and more:

- Manage the training information system, encompassing short and medium-term flying training plans and schedules. This includes the ability to forward plan and synchronize discrete components of the SAA Synch Matrix for de-conflicting tasking.
- Assisting with the administration of the PEX system on behalf of the Operations Cell, ensuring its effective and efficient use in supporting flying operations.
- Work with mínimal supervision as part of a dynamic operations cell, delivering services that support flying operations. This role requires adaptability and the ability to respond to changing operational needs.
- Be responsive to the Army Aviation Training Centre, adhering to any International Traffic in Arms or Intellectual Property constraints

**About you**:

- To be successful you will be a Training Scheduler/ FLYPRO, who holds the following credentials and attributes:

- Three years’ experience in a flying operations support and programming role;
- Excellent demonstrated track record in driving process and productivity improvement;
- Significant demonstrated experience employing FlightPro software package; &
- Proficient in the use of FlightPro software.

Ideally you will be proficient in the use of PEX software.

**Special Requirements**:

- Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
