Job Overview:
We are offering a Casual Window Cleaning Technician position with flexible hours. This role will provide anywhere from 6 to 24 hours of work per week, depending on demand. You’ll be trained via instructional videos and then expected to complete window cleaning and related tasks independently. The work is primarily located in the Melbourne area, with some variation in job sites and client needs. The more efficiently you work, the more you can earn, with pay increasing up to $38 per hour based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform window cleaning for both residential and commercial properties.
- Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude.
- Handle and transport provided cleaning equipment using your car.
- Communicate job progress and completion clearly to the team.

To be successful, you must:

- Have a reliable and professional work ethic.
- Be committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Hold a full Victorian Driver's License (essential) and have your own car to get to job sites.
- Speak fluent English with good communication skills.
- Complete a Police Check
- Have permanent residency in Australia (working holiday visa holders are not eligible).
- Be able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
