L’Americano Espresso Bar is looking for a Kitchen Steward/Food Prep.

**About the Role**
- Work alongside the chef assisting with food preparation
- Ensure that the kitchen, storage areas, fridge and freezers are a high level of cleanliness
- Cleaning of all kitchen equipment, utensils and kitchen surrounds
- Casual position
- Wednesday-Sunday shifts

**Essential Requirements**
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment with knowledge of food hygiene
- Previous experience in food preparation and cleaning is essential
- Self-driven and autonomous whilst being open to direction
- Personable, well presented, enthusiastic and reliable
- Hard working, physically fit and reliable - able to lift 10-15kgs comfortably
- Have excellent communication skills
- ‘Can do’ attitude and willingness to learn
- Available to start on the 4th August
