Executive Quantity Surveyor
- EXECUTIVE QUANTITY SURVEYOR_

In this senior level position, you will work closely with the Manager, Commercial & Quantity Surveying Services, to ensure the delivery of professional building cost management and premium property and construction cost, contract and consulting services.
- What are my accountabilities?_
- Inspect buildings during construction to make sure that proper methods and materials are used and that they conform to building regulations
- Ensure effective management of claims processes
- Plan and implement procedures to maximize operational efficiency
- Initiate, create and communicate positive change
- About you:_
- Relevant qualification in Construction, Urban Development, Construction Management etc
- Sound knowledge of the insurance industry (claims lifecycle) including the legislative framework, applicable codes and products.
- 10 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
