**Location**:Guildford, WA, AU
- Reporting into Facilities Maintenance Manager the **Maintenance Tradesperson will** join our Maintenance department on a fulltime basis at our Guildford site. As a **Maintenance Tradesperson**, you’ll play a key role in delivering hands-on support across sites, performing preventative and reactive maintenance to WesTrac’s high standards.

**Department Overview**: Working across our Perth sites, the maintenance team is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of our buildings, plant and machinery. WesTrac's Facilities Team supports the operation and upkeep of multiple branches across Perth, ensuring all sites are safe, functional, and compliant.

**Roster**: Monday to Friday, 8.5 Hours per day (including meal break)

**What You’ll Do**:

- Conduct preventative maintenance
- Attend and rectify internal maintenance requests
- Install new fixtures, appliances, or equipment
- Conduct on site repairs on plant and equipment.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Current Drivers Licence
- Trade qualification (Mechanical or Electrical)
- General Maintenance Experience (desirable)
- A strong commitment to safety
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and great work ethic
- Customer focussed mindset
