Join the SHEIKE Squad We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who is ready to make an impact in a fast-paced Outlet store

As the Store Manager you will be passionate about providing an absolutely exceptional customer experience - in every interaction. You will motivate & lead your team do the same. This role is all about the customer, and all about the growth of your team You are a leader who has the strong ability to understand and drive a business commercially - to deliver exceptional results.

**As the Store Manager you will;**
- Drive an exceptional & inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction
- Inspire those you encounter through leading by example
- Coach & develop your team consistently to foster their skills & development
- Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets and budgets
- Manage your roster + wages at a high level
- Recruit & incredible team team into the business
- Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop + influence others
- Have outstanding standards of VM + store presentation
- Drive a commercial business
- Excellent operations & stock management
- Be a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day

**To be considered for the role, ideally you will have**:

- Minimum 1+yr experience in fashion retail as a Store Manager
- Previous outlet experience is desirable
- Exceptional customer service skillset
- Passionate about fashion and styling
- Driven budgets + achieved exceptional sales results
- Strong understanding of KPIS and their impact on the business
- Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
- Experience in leading, recruiting + developing a team
- The ability to drive a positive culture & one team environment
- Self-motivated & strong communicator
