**About the role**
- Continual support and discussions with other Scrum teams on process improvements within the Branch to assist the team in Continuous Deployment/Continuous Integration.
- Provide mentoring and assistance for System Analysts and Graduates to not only understand the design and delivery processes within the Branch but also across the organisation.
- Working closely with Integration/Product Managers/Product Owners to assist them with producing impact assessment and refinement on Features.

**About You**
- Is curious in nature and harnesses skills and knowledge from technical experts, to lead and drive improvement opportunities that align with relevant strategic outcomes and will deliver great user and client experiences.
- Has excellent relationship management skills and can work collaboratively and cooperatively.
- Liaising with Business stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide support to Product Owners and the Delivery teams to implement the changes.
- Evaluate the impact of change requests and errors and suggest solutions and mitigation strategies to ensure mínimal impact on business operations.
- Communicates effectively (clearly and concisely) to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Attends all Agile ceremonies required of a scrum team member (where applicable), including daily stand-up, scrum of scrums, Nexus, PI Planning, team retrospective, team grooming, team meetings and PI Planning day
- Participates and ability to lead the Agile chapters including Design Chapter and other design forums.
- Responsible for completing the design documents and ensuring these documents are approved
- Ability to develop, transfer knowledge to others, guide and mentor less experienced employees and work collaboratively to achieve business outcomes.
