**The Role**
- Wonthaggi Office - full time permanent position_

This role provides caseload management to secure and maintain employment for job seekers with disability. Your local knowledge and desire to exceed expectations enables connections between local employers and individuals on your caseload. Deliver high quality, timely and professional services. We need people who are customer focused and competitive to keep our edge over other providers.

Wonthaggi is a single person site where autonomy and self-sufficiency are key to success. You will be supported by your leader and colleagues who are only a video call away.

**Duties**
- Assist clients to set goals for employment including identifying smaller steps along the journey
- Work with employers to help them understand what to expect when hiring someone with disability (e.g. better attendance, great commitment, etc)
- Help clients into work, and support employers and clients to sustain it
- Collaborate with your teammates
- Maintain accurate records
