**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social media strategy that is engaging, informative and increases brand awareness
- Draft all copy associated with owned social media channels
- Manage schedule and posting for all organic posts, sponsored posts and paid social media ads
- Lead content creation requirements and strategy alongside the marketing and design teams
- Develop and maintain a steady growth rate across all social media accounts
- Create and implement digital ads across social media to align with key marketing campaigns
- Ensure content is of a high standard and aligns with the brand’s style guidelines
- Report on and evaluate industry trends, innovations and opportunities
- Manage, test, scale and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to increase conversions and ROI
- Community management of the Lovekins Australia social media accounts
- Have the ability to use various apps and editing tools to further enhance the aesthetic and functionality of social platforms
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure business objectives are aligned with and enhanced by social media
- Identify and form relationships with influencers and industry relevant individuals that align with the Lovekins brand
- Develop ideas and copy for fortnightly blogs
- Possess an interest for female wellbeing, empowerment, health and the beauty industry
- Work alongside SEO team to ensure digital activity is aligned

**Key Requirements**
- 3-4 years’ experience managing businesses/brands social media accounts
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business
- Proven experience in development and execution of social media strategy, digital marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of achieving conversions and ROI
- Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Analytical and data driven
