Role Description:
Connect With Care is currently seeking experienced female support workers in the intensive care field. Our client presents a complex case and requires a carer with expertise in utilising a hoist, slide sheets, and providing comprehensive personal care services. Manual handling tasks are integral throughout the shifts, and this position necessitates two carers working

Shift Time: Monday-Sunday 3:00PM to 7PM ( Potential to increase)

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform manual handling tasks, including but not limited to, operating a transfer hoist.
- Assist with feeding.
- Provide personal care, including showering, bowel care, and hair brushing.
- Carry out house duties.
- Engage with the client, including watching TV together if required.
- Transport the client to appointments.

Successful Carer:

- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to follow clear instructions.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in manual handling is required.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as this role requires two carers on shift.
- A Certificate III in Individual Support or higher (Certificate IV preferred).
- Adaptability to new environments and punctuality in attending shifts.
- Current ABN is required.
- Own Vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 53 per week
