Our client is arguably the leading real estate franchise group in Australia. They are currently seeking a Head of Growth and Strategy who will play a key role in the NSW Executive Leadership Team.

Focusing on a defined area within Regional NSW, this diverse position encompasses all areas of real estate franchising and is responsible for some of the network's highest performing offices. Working as an integral part of the Leadership Team, this role will see you nurturing and forging strong relationships with franchisees/owners in your region and working with them in a business coaching capacity.

Your KPI's will include increasing market share, office productivity, customer satisfaction and franchisee engagement in your territory. The role will also assist in growing the number of quality franchise offices in the network by identifying demographic and geographic areas of opportunity.

In addition, you will be identifying areas of improvement and be working to strengthen the relationship between franchisor and franchisees. You will effortlessly cultivate robust connections and captivate others with your stellar presentation skills. You will need to be a capable leader and manager who can work across a wide range of responsibilities and engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.

- Previous experience as a business owner, sales manager, Franchise manager or Auctioneer.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Working closely with Principals of offices within your region, you will be tasked with providing consultative business support and coaching across all areas of the business.
- Recruiting new opportunities for growth within your region
- Improving productivity across offices within your region and ensuring best practice is in place.
- Spearhead growth and results through the Auction process
- Assist offices with their recruitment strategies.
- Conducting regular check ins/visits to all offices (both online and off) and one on ones with Principals and Agents
- Reporting on the delivery of performance programs and outcomes
- Develop an understanding of the Networking Franchise offering and to successfully promote the benefits to franchisees.
