Head Barista/2ic

We are a café in Merewether looking for a fast working, fun and vibrant head barista to lead an eager team and set a high standard of customer service throughout our restaurant and drive-thru coffee van. A friendly manner is highly valued as we have many repeat customers daily that mean so much to us.

This is a relatively cruisy job but we do get busy at times so an ability to switch to second gear is vital.

Daily duties would be as follows:

- Standard café operations including opening and closing procedures, taking orders using POS system, delivering table service and takeaways, maintaining general cleanliness of establishment and equipment, making various fresh beverages, serving cakes, taking payments and counting the till.
- Managing stock levels and assisting with ordering.
- Completing daily reports.
- Training and supporting the growth of other FOH staff.

RSA required.

Salary negotiable, the right pay for the right applicant.

Team leader/supervisor experience preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
