**THE OPPORTUNITY**:We’re looking to expand the team to support an exciting growth phase in our business & are on the hunt for the next 'digital mind' to join our team

Called the 'Digital Manager', in this role you will work closely with the Performance Director to create and deliver on the strategy, while being supported by other members in the team on day-to-day tasks. As a quick learner and digital expert, you will be expected to quickly become the go-to for your clients and take ownership of their KPI's.

You'll be expected to work with a high level of autonomy, with some office days (hybrid setting) so it is essential that you are self-motivated and have a high level of attention to detail.

**REQUIRED**:

- Hands-on experience managing paid search and/or paid social
- Minimum 3 years experience, preferred 5+ years experience
- Proficient with numbers, identifying underlying trends in data
- Understanding of audiences and creative strategy
- Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated, always looking to raise the bar
