**Your Role Will Include**:

- Running paid advertising across search engines and social media platforms, with clear reporting aligned to business goals
- Creating and executing innovative social media strategies that build engagement and enhance our online presence
- Train and mentor team members to ensure consistency in skills, branding, development and support team growth.
- Measuring campaign effectiveness using data insights to inform future strategies
- Managing the day-to-day activity of our social platforms including planning, posting, interacting with the community, and reporting on results
- Website updates with fresh campaign content and product releases, while monitoring and optimising performance

**We’re Looking for Someone With**:

- A talent for crafting compelling digital content across a range of platforms
- The ability to create and edit video content confidently
- Familiarity with website content systems and basic analytics/reporting
- A willingness to learn the ins and outs of our industry
- Solid understanding of digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles
- Experience using GHL
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
