ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a **Restoration Technician**, you’ll be first on site after events like floods or fires.
Your role includes:

- Ensuring the property is safe
- Managing urgent repairs and damage control
- Supporting people during high-stress situations
- Being part of a responsive, skilled team

**This is a leadership role in the making.** The more responsibility you can take on, the faster you'll progress.
