We are currently successfully delivering 2 key Metronet projects - Yanchep Rail Extension and Thornlie-Cockburn Link under NEWest Alliance a multidisciplinary collaboration between CPB Contractors and DTI.

We are seeking experience **Supervisor’s** to join either the **Yanchep or Thorline-Cockburn Link projects.** Reporting to the Area Manager you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team of Project Managers, Engineers, Clients, Consultants on the project. This is your chance to make a difference on our Public Transport project

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Demonstrate a personal visible commitment to Our SHE Policies, Our SHE Cultural Framework, the Safety Essentials and the SHE Management System requirements and expectations;
- Understand and discharge their SHE accountabilities;
- Develop and maintain an awareness of the hazards and associated SHE risks and demonstrate a commitment to eliminate or minimize those risks
- Maintaining a comprehensive working knowledge of the contract, the specifications, the EBA and safety and environmental regulations
- Effectively coordinating and supervising the utilisation of all on-site resources for the project
- Monitoring construction progress and compliance to safety and environmental standards
- Managing site security and material/plant deliveries and storage and general housekeeping
- Ensure all operations are performed in accordance with agreed safe methods of work
- Forward planning daily/weekly/monthly construction work including resource requirements and trade coordination
- Actively liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensuring subcontracts act safety and comply with safety requirements

**ABOUT YOU**:

- AQF Certificate II in Construction (or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 years site experience with a minimum1 year experience as a leading hand
- Managed self and resources to deliver work to $10M
- Demonstrated commercial experience includes planning up to 4 weeks ahead and monitoring of resources within area of accountability
- Conduct own work and teams according to site SHEQ
