We pride ourselves on serving every bite packed with flavour, and a celebration of Peruvian food, culture, and family. We aspire to prepare our food from high quality, fresh and local ingredients in a fun, positive, and supportive atmosphere.

Your duties as a FOH team member include but are not limited to;
- Reporting to Senior Staff and Management
- Customer Service - in person and over the phone
- Taking Orders
- Use of various POS - Me&U, Square, Uber Eats
- Preparing and Serving Orders
- Assisting the team where needed such as lunch orders and catering preparations
- Day-to-day duties such as stock keep, clean, etc

**Applicants require;**
- Statement of Attainment in Safe Food Handling
- Positive Can-do attitude
- Customer orientated
- Exceptional communication with team and customers

**The ideal applicant will possess;**
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain focus in slow periods and excel in fast paced environments
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High quality and attention to detail
- Prioritise and complete multiple tasks in short period of time
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
