**Bincho Boss** is a modern venue offering refined Japanese dining with a relaxed atmosphere. We are located in one of Melbourne's busy iconic laneways and is seeking a dynamic **Venue / Restaurant Manager** to join our team.
We are in search of a front of house leader that is capable of managing and inspiring their own team.
As the **Venue / Restaurant Manager**, you will be responsible for:
- Training and Recruitment
- Manage front of house team and uphold team morale
- Ensure efficient restaurant operation
- Maintaining high customer-service standards
- Promotions, Events and Public Relations
- Rostering and back-end administrative duties
- Coordination with bar and kitchen operations
- Ensuring that targets and KPIs are met and maintained
- Ensuring high level of customer service and kitchen operations
- Taking instructions from the Directors
- Be involved in the growth of the business
Applicants must have:
- A warm and friendly personality with the ability to engage well with customers and staff.
- Strong organisational, management and leadership skills
- At least 2 years' experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
