Key Project Role

The Finance Transformation Lead will assist SRA business transformation project by communicating and engaging stakeholders throughout the process to ensure new systems meet business requirements. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the key responsibilities include:

- Take the lead from Finance in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central across the projects.

Facilitate workshops with SMEs to clarify and discuss business process and outcomes.

Work closely with diverse stakeholder groups and representatives and communicate effectively to document processes and align business requirements with configuration.

Develop, investigate, analyse, validate, and review business functions and processes.

Map and validate business requirements and processes with system designs and functionality of the product ensuring gaps are identified and opportunities analysed to future-state needs.

Assist in the designs, documentation, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central deployment.

Analyse, identify and support the business process changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with implementation partner to create workflows and customs report for finance/business teams.

Prepare and update business documents such as policies, procedures, process maps, user guides, work instructions, FAQs intranet content and other relevant artefacts.

Perform data cleansing and data mapping in preparing for data migration.

Participate in business system readiness planning (UAT & Go-live phases) and support stakeholders during & post go-live (hyper-care support).

Provide training in Business Central and other Finance add on modules to End Users and resolving end-user queries.

Support the Finance team in BAU activities as required

To be successful in this role you will bring:
**Essential**
- Relevant bachelor's degree - Finance background (preferred)

Knowledge of core accounting and finance processes.

Experience in process mapping, writing user guides and polices.

Understanding of change process and can challenge status quo.

Sound written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex system and process concepts and creativity in communication.

The capability to work with mínimal supervision while being a supportive team member.

Experience in end-to-end delivery of business systems projects.

Exceptional spreadsheet skills

Ability to work under pressure to deliver outcomes on time and meet deadlines.

Effective time management and problem-solving skills

Service and results orientated approach to work

**Desirable**
- Previous experience in MS Dynamic Business Central or AX

System implementation experience

CPA (preferred) / CA qualification - completed (or near completion)
