As a Business Banking Manager, you’ll be in a customer-facing role that blends sales and service. Your days will be varied from building strong relationships and networking, to writing deals and supporting your customers’ evolving needs. It’s a role where your impact matters, every single day.

**What do I need?**
- Proven experience in banking, with strong knowledge of lending practices
- Prior experience in Business Banking is highly regarded
- Sound understanding of credit risk assessment and compliance requirements
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional relationship management style
- Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with confidence and energy
