We are a solar installation company that is rapidly growing and looking to build an exceptional team who we can learn and grow with.

Our ideal team member is an experienced solar installer (not essential), labourer or trades assistant that can work in an extremely high-paced environment. You will need to be physically and mentally strong - this position will suit someone who likes to work outdoors and like a physical challenge.

Tasks you will perform include:

- Using hand tools
- Carrying Solar panels
- Walking on a roof (with solar panels)
- Packing and unpacking the truck

Desired skills:

- Experience in the solar industry
- ability to work fast and pay attention to detail
- ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised
- be professional and remain calm under pressure
- good knowledge and use of tools
- shows initiative
- Own vehicle (ideally ute/van/truck)

Necessary requirements:

- Working at heights certificate (or willing to obtain one)
- Own ABN
- Own tools

We are seeking a team member willing to show up 5 days per week ready to work (there may be occasional Saturday work)
